Free the Fern: Invasive Pull

Making a Difference Week is coming up! (May 31-June 
It is a week of global restoration action hosted by the Society For Ecological Restoration (SER).
You can participate by volunteering with local stewardship group, Free the Fern, in South East Vancouver. They will be hosting an Invasive Pull on Saturday, June 7, 10am-12pm at the Douglas Fir Teaching Garden (east of 3530 Swansacre, Vancouver). All ages and abilites are welcome to gather to remove invasive plants from along the Champlain Heights Trail system. Gloves, tools, and refreshments provided.
